Reservations

Reservations are available year-round. To reserve your stay, please send an e-mail message to rob@inclinevacationhome.com and provide your name, phone number, and the nights would like to reserve.

Daily check-in time is 3pm; daily check-out time is 10am.

Rates

Rates for 2010-2011 are as follows.

• Off-peak season (April/May and October/November): $125/night, 2 night minimum. Discounted rate of $99/night for 5 nights or more.
• Summer (June-September): $150/night, 2 night minimum. Discounted rate of $135/night for 5 nights or more.
• Winter (December-March): $165/night, 2 night minimum. Discounted rate of $150/night for 5 nights or more.
• Memorial Day weekend: $180/night, 3 night minimum
• Labor Day weekend: $180/night, 3 night minimum
  
• Thanksgiving week : $180/night, 4 night minimum
• Christmas week: $185/night, 4 night minimum
• New Year's week: $225/night, 4 night minimum
• President's Day weekend: $180/night, 3 night minimum

A one-time cleaning fee of $95 is applied to all rentals. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
